LJ8950W Liftmaster Rolling Sheet Garage Door Opener. This Unit Replaces The 3950 by Liftmaster

This opener had an issue with the sprocket, wouldnt keep the chain on and was being pulled off center on the spacers. Sent it back only to have them charge me a reatocking fee of almost $100 for their faulty merchandise. Asked them about it and they sent me their return policy in bold letters. It seems that they do charge a restocking fee for even faulty merchandice and generally wont do refunds on already installed equipment, even if its faulty upon installation. Not sure how youd know my specific issue if you didnt install it. Will never buy from them again. Would do zero stars if i could.
