After I started taking the pills, 750mg a day, I believe it started affecting my sleep. I stopped for a few days and my sleep went back to normal. Then I tested taking 500 mg in the morning and slept very bad that night!

Also, with a brief shake, it dissolves easily in water, leaving it clear. The yellowish powder in these capsules floats on water, and leaves the water cloudy when shaken.Pure NMN has a distinctive taste. That taste is somewhat present in the yellowish powder, but I have no way of measuring the extent to which it has been cut. The yellowish powder tastes primarily like sawdust. Pine, to be exact.This product claims to be 99% pure. That is a flat out lie.
