Tiny plants, not the size of plug plants I’ve previously purchased.
I bought these plug plants because I have often bought this companies seeds and been happy with them.fortunately I have a greenhouse these plants are far too small to be put straight into the ground.the cost is astronomical for what I received and the lack of a example photo seems to me to be an intention to deceive. I know the images is of the eventual plant and what a plug plant size should be. The ones I received are not the size I have bought in the past. Each one of my plugs is less than an inch high. I do not recommend and I would not buy again, their customer service is also rubbish.

Disappointing
My order was delayed by over a month and received a message from the seller that they weren't ready to be sent out and they would ASAP.it was only after I messaged them I had an apology and promise I would receive in 72 hrs.the following day they were squeezed through my letterbox.on inspection some of the plants were very dry and had almost rotted away, while some others had roots through the bottom.i am disappointed at the size and condition of some but I think with some love some might make it. although I've missed out on the display I had planned I should be able to fit them in somewhere in time for the frost.

Sigh, they did their best but too many dying plants.
I hate writing neutral or negative reviews; in this collection some of the plants had died in transport. One species the delphiniums were pretty much does and others species had 3-4 live.To be fair T&M did send replacement delphiniums plants but again they were almost dead on arrival and I'm now trying to triage what's left of the collection.I really don't understand what has happened this year as I had T&M plants previously and they were fantastic. Just not this year sadly.

Tiny plants arriving very slowly and a great disappointment.
The plants were sent out on a Tuesday and arrived that Saturday, they were very wet and some had rotted in transit. T and m sent out a replacement pack on the Monday which did not arrive until a week on Tuesday after. These were also wet and some had rotted. These were very tiny plug seedlings, not even really plants. I have used other companies for different plug plants and will not be using T and M again. Lesson learned. They use whistl for delivery and round here that means Royal Mail with additional days in transit. Not great for live plants.

Poor quality
The 36 miniscule plant plugs arrived in very poor shape. They were squashed in a small flat card envelope and despite watering and placing them upright and in a covered space, they look pretty dried out and half dead. Will be very surprised if they recover sufficiently to grow into viable plants. I would not recommend buying plants by post in this manner. They are far smaller than I imagined and certainly not worth the money.

Dire
These arrived dead or dying and I don't hold out much hope for the ones I was able to pot. "easy to grow"? "easy to throw" more like. Arrived after specified time.

not recommended
36 plugs arrive in a box 9.1/2, x 11. 1/2 by 3/4 inches deep. nothing protecting top of plugs against lid of box. 12 were either dead, dying or not to be seen. The pots holding the plugs are no bigger than a childs thimble. I had to do two cuts down sides of each one then spoon out the plugs they were that small. More like seedlings rather than plugs.
