Tan Full Variation

I purchased these to cover some unsightly scars on my arms. I was interested in this product because I have purchased a particular brand of unbranded cooling arm sleeves that are made for athletics before (which also happen to be less expensive than these), that are light and cool and can be creatively disguised as a fashionable under- layer, but couldn't find them in a nude color (which I thought might be useful) and I also didn't like how cooling athletic sleeves are generally built as compression sleeves. I wanted something without the compression, that felt more like actual sleeves.I was hoping these sleeves would address both of those desires (have a nude color that blends in more with my natural skin tone and not compress my arms)....Well, they're not compression sleeves, so that was nice, but they are made of somewhat shiny fabric that looks cheap and silly when worn in a professional setting - to me, they look A LOT cheaper than the cooling arms sleeves I was purchasing, as I could get by wearing those in a teacher setting. The fabric of these sleeves. although somewhat thinner, reminds me of the kind that's used to make stretchy polyester basketball shorts. They're also thicker and hotter than what I was used to. I realize they probably have to be thicker to keep ink from showing, but I had expected the fabric to be more comfortable and to blend in a little more, so that, from a distance, one might not notice that you're wearing something over your arms. As they are, I'd feel self conscious wearing them in most settings, in a tan color, because nothing about them (texture, thickness, contour) blends in with the natural shape of an arm or natural skin texture - It looks like you're wearing a cheap athletic undershirt.Had I seen these in person, I wouldn't have ordered them and would have settled for the other sleeves I had been purchasing.

Works great and covers tattoos very well, I wear it all the time to the hospital for my clinicals for school and most people at a glance do not realize I have it on. It really depends on your skin color, but at a quick glance it is hard to tell. The elastic at the top of the sleeve by the shoulder is very good quality and it will not slide much, I had a basket ball one "NBA" and it would slide off all the time. This sleeve will also not stretch out overtime. The package comes with 2 sleeve for booth arms or as a back up sleeve. I keep one in my car incase i need to cover my tats on the go. It is made of polyester and not cotton so when you wash it the little cotton balls will not form. The sleeve is also not hot like cotton can be and it is not itchy at all. I have tried various sleeves and this is one of the better quality ones.

Covers my sleeve well, only complaint is it will cut into you the longer you wear it so may be worth getting 1 size larger so it isn’t to tight.

I purchased this tatjacket for a part time job. Visible tattoos were not allowed and I have almost a full sleeve on my right arm. The color was not exactly like my skin, so it was not invisible, but I did not expect it to be. It was a little warm, but I didn't sweat under it. The upper band stayed put without pinching or binding.EDITED on 6/1/19I now have to wear the sleeve for my full time job in health care. After several hours the seam that runs the length of the sleeve does dig in, especially at the top in the elastic band. It gets quite sore. Am purchasing a large to see if that helps.

I have a tattoo that covers my forearm and need to cover it up for work. I ordered this in Tan, feeling nervous that it would be an awful color like many of the reviews said. The color is not nearly as bad as I expected and actually looks pretty natural. The fit is great, the material is cool and light but doesn't show my tattoo through. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that the seam at the top is big, and the elastic seems cheap so it bites into the underside of my arm no matter how long I have it on. Overall, this is great and I will probably get a lot of use out of it.

To help others out with sizing, my bicep area measures 10 inches around, and the medium is too big. I could get away with it if I pull it up over my shoulder, but still the wrist area is too baggy, so I’ll be exchanging it.The photo doesn’t do it much justice, but the color matches nicely (I ordered tan) and I have lightish olive Italian skin- So if you’re pretty fair skinned, go with the light, but if you’re even just a little bit tan, then the tan color will suit you.Other than the sizing, it’s a good product. Has the rubber to stay in place, and looks pretty natural. I’ll be wearing it to cover my tattoos for my nursing clinicals.

I bought a pack of these sleeves for my wife; she has a full sleeve on one arm and the need to cover it for certain work and social events. The color is not a perfect match to her skin tone, but from 5 feet away you cannot tell. The cuff is also not overly apparent as to draw attention that you are in fact trying to cover a tattoo. As far as performance, the sleeve fully hides the underlying ink and is in no way see-through as are some of the sports compression sleeves I see some individuals using for cover-up purposes.These sleeves also serve a great second purpose in aiding of healing fresh ink; one of the healing methods we employ is to use moistener of choice, plastic wrap and then the cover-up sleeve to hold the wrap in place while sleeping. This ensures that fresh tattoos do not inadvertently dry out and scab during the night.

I originally found these at a local tattoo studio for a much higher price. I am in the military and required to cover up any large tattoos. I picked up a pair and wore them until they literally began falling apart. I have since then, purchased these here on Amazon and continue to love this product. I am required to wear the "skin" colored sleeves as they are more natural than black or white. I work with aircraft so they do stain and get dirty pretty easy. As long as you get them into the wash you will be fine. These sleeves fit comfortably all day long - I wear them for 12 hours+ at a time. I will most definitely come back when I have destroyed these and buy more.
