Aleene's Repositionable Tacky Spray, 10-Ounce

When my cricket cutting mats lose their tackiness, I cleaned them well with a baby wipe and then take the mat outside and spray it with this tacky goose spray, and my mats are now good for many more cutting projects. Will buy again.

This spray is very very tacky. I needed something that would temporarily hold items in place. This spray does not release well. The glue comes with it leaving your product very sticky. It is possible this glue is not meant to release. There are some Spray glues that are temporary. Aileens glue is my go to for any craft because I know I can't count on it to get the job done.

I used this for screen printing, and it worked perfectly. The t-shirts held firm during printing but easily came up when I was done.

It works fine but I did not like the smell. I usually use 505 & I knew Alene’s is responsible company so I tried it. I won’t use this again just due to the smell.

I am using this product to hold a template on my painted wood project so I can add some stars to my project. The spray pattern and thickness was very clumpy, not thin and misty like I expected. Having never used a product like this before I assumed this was normal and I sprayed my template and attached it to my project, it did a good job holding the template in place. I used foam makeup removers and acrylic paint and all went well until I removed the template. There were globs of adhesive stuck everywhere on my sanded and painted wood. I went to the FAQ on sellers site and there was nothing about cleanup. It is not returnable. Probably need to sand and repaint the project. Not very happy about this product.
