Q: does it help post menopausal facial hair to go away?

I'm really not sure. I have been using this cream for more than 15 years, and I have very little facial hair. Would I have more if I did not use the cream? I really do not know. However, I do plan to continue using the Wild Yam Cream because I feel better, sleep better, and I am mellower than without it.

I've been using Wild Yam cream for more than 20 years. I tried taking a break one time when I first started using it, but I couldn't sleep and had night sweats. I've not taken another break.

Yes, but I haven't had to use it in years. No longer have bottle. It's amazing stuff. Cured my flashes.
