Q: Does this have a manufactures warranty or should we purchase Amazons warranty?

We did not extend the warranty. It has no motor so we felt there wasn’t much to break and normal wear and tear wouldn’t be covered. We keep the power supply box out of the sun and away from the water, so no real worries there. It’s been working fine since June 5 2021.

Q: Will this device pick up pollen effectively or would I need to purchase different filters?

I think if you buy the optional "fine" filters, it'll pick up some very fine particulate. That's what we use and the pool is very clean.

Q: Korea is 220v, is it usable?

It is a 120volt unit. U would need to contact the manufacturer for 220v options
