Be patient putting it together
Came the next day, at first I tried it and was discouraged that it didn’t fit. Be patient, open the bracket and push the solid little piece in middle all the way out so will fit on walker then slide the arm rest pole in with little solid piece pushed all the way inside. It’s a very tight fit but in end more stable. The pole needs to be pretty much as low as can go, may be too high for anyone under 5feet 4 inches. FYI only one piece comes in package so only for someone with a walker and one bad hand or wrist. Perfect for broken wrist that needs 6 weeks to heal.

DON'T USE UPS!
The unit appears well built and seems to work well. Don't return via UPS pickup .. they will just leave a label and say it wasn't ready even tho they left the label on the item to be returned.

Missing Parts
The product was fine easy to assemble, but was missing parts to secure handle witch made it useless. The product support phone number just refers you to a web site. The assembly instructionssupport phone number just refers you to special offers. They do not have spare parts to send. I needed this right away so the Amazon one day shipping was good. How's this I removed all the names and phone numbers?

Overall good product
Our only issue was that the top metal piece did not fit over the build in hand grip of the walker. In the instructions, it shows that it fits over a hand grip but that wasn’t the case when we installed it. My husband carefully widened the top metal piece with our vice to fit over the hand grip and this worked.

Can’t return item
The quality is fine. The Kane, part of the armrest is too long and would need to be cut off due to my short size. There was no way to return this item listed like Amazon normally has instead it offered troubleshooting suggestions and no option for return to Amazon or manufacturer. Be careful

Made the walker too wide for doorways
When attached to the walker, it made the walker too wide to fit through doorways.

Arm carrier for walker!!
My mom had a stroke on January 2, and the rehab center did not have the right equipment for her. I purchased a left-hand side carrier for the arm so she could walk a lot easier with the walker. My mom now is walking very easily. And she is getting stronger. and it was so easy to put together. I’m very satisfied. Thank you.
