All spark plugs have a "gap" set from the factory. Each plug, however, is made to fit multiple applications. You must always check the plug gap, for your particular application, before installation.

Will this fit a 2008 W211 E550 Mercedes ?

It’s compatible with 2008 Mercedes-Benz E550 base and E550 4matic according to the NGK website. It’s pre gap at .031” (0.8mm).

is this original spark plugs or fake?

I too was worried about this. As far as I can tell the ones that I got are real. I checked the packaging and the markings on the new plugs compared to the original plugs and the markings and location were spot on. They have been in for over a year and I have not had any issues.
