I hate getting garlic on my fingers which then smell for ages after even after washing your hands! This garlic twist is so easy and affective to use and nicely minces the garlic. It is a bit tricky to clean as some residue garlic seems to get stuck in the teeth but overall very good

I once bought one of these from a food fair and it lasted years. It was made from good thick polycarbonate but eventually wore out. This one is a poor thin replica. It worked but was used just a few times and the main casing cracked.

OK, feels a bit flimsy, but does the job. Good for the price.

We’ve had one of these for years. Unfortunately it broke so ordered a new replacement. This one is very flimsy and not as sturdy as the previous one.

I love this, previously we have had one of the hand held metal ones like a nut cracker, but that one was hard to clean and the coating always came off after a while, this one is just amazing, you need a big of hand power but that's same as the other kind anyway, it cleans so much easier now. Worth every penny

I use a lot of garlic in cooking in all formats ... sliced, diced, crushed, pressed, pureed etc ... This was supposed to do all but the slicing and was dependent on how long you twisted it for, the longer the finer. The first clove I put in was really hard to get the first twist in!!! The clove was just blocking the two parts from twisting so I had to use a lot more strength than expected and finally first twist in then more using decreasing strength. However, when I separated the two parts, the garlic wasn't finely minced but had large clumps around the whole edge, instead it staying in the middle and going through the teeth! So I had to keep opening and moving the clumps back into the middle, several times and it took more than five times of doing this and twisting again till I finally got some reasonable chopped garlic. Clean up was easy if you rinse it out immediately but if you don't, anything left inside .. and it will be between the teeth, will dry like concrete onto it and will have to be soaked before you can get rid of.Suffice to say I've now gone back to my usual, non gadget method as it's easier and cleaner. Or I'll just grate it instead. There are other more expensive than this one available so maybe mine was just too cheap to work effectively but I'd want to see one work in person before I bought another. Any gadget, even if free, is too expensive if it's not fit for cause.

I have previously had a NexTrend garlic crusher but it got lost. I bought this one to replace it. What a bad move. This one is far less sturdy and much harder to use than the genuine article. It doesn't crush the garlic well and is a total waste of money. I have now bought another NexTrend crusher. Buy cheap, you buy twice. Don't waste your money on this and invest in the real deal

Excellent little product, makes quick work of crushing garlic. You have to chop large bulbs into smaller pieces to fit

Actual product does not live up to advertised pics. Won't get a lot of use.
