Incase13 inch Hard Shell Case for MacBook Pro - Clear

The product is excellent and much cheaper than the MacBook store with the same brand and finish. It really protected my laptop from dents and scratches.

I wanted to love this case. It was pretty, sleek, and fit my MacBook Pro 13 2018 (four Thunderbolt 3 ports) perfectly. But, it didn't last six months! Both front corners are cracked (see photos). I do not handle my MBP roughly, and, any time it travels, it is in a soft, protective (InCase) sleeve. My $3,000 computer has never been dropped or mistreated in any way. While I have always had confidence in InCase products, this one is a dud! I simply cannot recommend this case.

installed easily and i liked it for the first week of use. now only 11 days later, i have begun to notice that there are cracks forming in the front corners of the bottom case. the laptop stays on my desk 24/7 and has never been bumped against anything that would have caused the cracks. i've barely even used the laptop since i installed the case. i also made sure to check that my laptop is under the device list for which this case is made so it is not an issue of incorrect fit. very disappointed in this incase product's quality. will add pictures later.

The case looks and feels great, but, after only 2 months and light use, the corner is somehow cracked. There were no falls or drops. The crack has since turned into a hole and a piece of the case has fallen out. It's right on the corner and I'm guessing its just a point of weakness in the design or perhaps a faulty case. Too bad I'm past the return/exchange window.

I bought this case for my 2019 macbook pro 13 inches 256GB. But i have to return it because its super easy to remove especially the bottom piece. The 2 tabs on the middle left and right didnt snap in correctly. Even with just a light touch, those 2 tabs will pop out right away. The top piece is ok. I give it 2 stars for the quality which i think its pretty solid. In the end, i bought the smartshell from speck which perfectly fits my new macbook.

Expensive but the best fitting cover on the market. There are counterfeits out their posing as “InCase”......so be sure to buy the authentic version. Despite treating this product carefully a month later it was cracked on the side.....Not Happy....
