The only thing that works for my baby’s eczema, just real expensive
My baby NEEDS this product in combination with aquaphor. She has had such bad eczema since birth because we live in a dry city, but immediately (literally within an hour) her skin showed improved after applying.Cons - It takes at least a month for it to arrive to the west side of the US and is super pricey

really good for baby's eczema prone skin
works for my baby! the gel sooth her eczema spots. I like the texture of the gel as well. not too light, not too thick.
