How could I remove the plate that is stucks on to the item after I no longer need it locked?

you can use hair dryer， then using dental floss to remove the adhesive.

Where can I buy new adhesive? My extras got thrown out and I got a new refrigerator...

I'm just another customer. my thoughts are you would have to buy a whole new set.
