As a physicist I can attest to this being a complete misrepresentation of scientific understanding.
I'm currently working on my PhD in Physics, and find it pretty irresponsible to use incorrect and inadequate descriptions of quantum mechanics as a means of justifying some fake science version of spiritualism. The uncertainty principle and other poorly understood phenomena such as entanglement aren't magic generators of whatever reality we dream up. More importantly, quantum mechanics in and of itself is not a self consistent theory or the Universe. For that matter it isn't clear that its extension via quantum field theory and quantum chromodynamics result in a consistent theory since they are intrinsically perturbative. In other words, using the precursor to the currently accepted theories in physics as some argument to explain one of the fields of our experience that science by definition cannot explain is stupid. Science is a tool for studying the physical world. If there is some scientific connection between the physical world and what we may refer to as the spiritual world, it certainly hasn't been found using quantum mechanics.I don't claim to be an expert on spirituality. I don't have certain conclusions on the existance of a god or any of the other questions this field aims to explore. That being said, I am an expert on physics and can assure you that this film is a vast misrepresentation of the currently accepted theories. That is probably why there aren't any famous physicists in the film endorsing these nonsense views.

Amazing - Thank you
Really have to suspend any preconceived notions to really get the most out of this information. This is easier said than done, as demonstrated by the reviews here. Understand, this is significantly-intellectual material that seeks to reach all levels of audience. My thanks to the contributors, especially the brilliant speakers in this documentary.Lastly to the negative reviews (i.e., the "Physicist"): Please, watch then ending credits. Your background is NOTHING compared to the minds in this video. Stop being a critic and wake up. Day 0 can start now, if you let it.

Pseudoscience to make you join a cult
The writers and directors of this film are part of a cult that believes in a 35,000 year old being called 'Ramtha'. In order to indoctrinate you into their cult, they interview a few fringe PHD's, some grad students, and their cult leader (and even then they take the interviews out of context) about how science has flaws and quantum theories are confusing. FLAWS! SCIENCE! I know, I didn't believe it either. But since science is flawed and some of the theories about the nature of matter at a quantum level are pretty out there and confusing, these jackasses used those holes to insert their own wacky theories about reality, ostensibly to lead you to Ramtha. I think they're also tied into the Indigo children cult. At least for a change these filmmakers belong to a cult other than Scientology.

worth it for me to view it over and over again because it's funny and entertaining while being educational explaining as clearly as ...
I saw this movie several years ago when it first came out. It so captivated me then, and still continues to do so now. It was for me very compelling, in offering a completely new way of looking at this universe and our lives in it. Although hard to wrap my head around it's fundamental teaching of a new perspective it has taken me some time to adjust and let it sink in and I'm still working on it, worth it for me to view it over and over again because it's funny and entertaining while being educational explaining as clearly as they can to the non scientific mind how these scientists and , professors now believe they have hit upon a new explanation as to who we are, why are we here, and what we are going to do about it. They don't claim to have all the answers yet ,but have enough documented experiments and findings to suggest for your consideration a shift in thinking they may well be right.

Outstanding pioneering movie very well written, directed, and beautifully made.
Outstanding pioneering movie very well written, directed, and beautifully handles for the lay person the complexity of the subject. Features some of the bonafide greatest minds on Physics and the nexus of Quantum Physics and Spirituality. The subject is presented in an easy to understand way for the lay person. Anybody who immediately dismisses this or ridicules the movie is probably guilty of the very thing they accuse the movie of being. There is everything excellent about this movie and nothing to be ridiculed.

Convoluted & Incoherent Presentation
This seemed a deliberate attempt to NOT be clear about anything. It’s like pretentious and bad poetry that is so obscure that if there is something to learn it is made abundantly UNCLEAR.I think maybe the film made an interesting point about our ability to change the way our mind handles and can transform emotions. But I wouldn’t bet any money on that.Lots of noise and flashing effects with music that overwhelms what is being said.Based more on theoretical BS than theoretical physics. At best this was annoying at worst it presented quite a few arrogant, condescending individuals unable to directly provide information about their ideas while pretending to do so.But I might be wrong.

Excellent film explains some difficult ideas
This film is for those who want to see beyond the world as you perceive it. If you are a Newtonian physicist looking to debunk the embrace of quantum physics by the spiritual world, don't buy this video. Don't waste your money and time. But if you have come to the conclusion that there is more to life, and are willing to explore all possibilities, then this movie might be exactly what you need to watch. We can change our lives. It's been done and being done, now, by thousands of people. It's done by learning and applying the principles put forth in the film. We have been limited by the teachings of religion and science to believe that we are separate. We are not. We are all connected. This is a great introduction to a practical way of understanding difficult concepts. But it's only the start of the journey. If you want to change your life and decide that you want to dive deeper, I would highly suggest looking the work of Dr Joe Dispenza. He teaches us how to change our lives. His book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" is a great place to start. Or look for excerpts from lectures and testimonials of his students on YouTube."Love yourself enough to do this" Dr. Joe Dispenza. You are worth it!

Its message is good and clear and the narrative line easy to follow
I was lent this DVD at a very pivotal point in my life and it was inspirational. I have bought countless copies for friends, and simply people in need. Its message is good and clear and the narrative line easy to follow. The follow up box set - 'Down the Rabbit Hole' is the extended un-cut interviews with the scientists featured in 'What the Bleep'. Fascinating! - there are some very profound thinking individuals who can clearly convey their life work in terms easily understood and taken on board. Well worth purchasing.

psychology and quantum mechanics tell the same story?
This book is a fascination exploration of how the world of spirituality, quantum mechanics (so hard core science) and psychology meet elegantly. I found it really uplifting in a way that "new age" rubbish doesn't. It convincingly showed me how these three fields interact.in and around us, inside and outside our conscious awareness. Absolutely mesmerising. I also got the video of the documentary. Fantastic stuff!
