WOW!!! This is my First WaterFlosser...Trying to get rid of evidence of being naughty, before going back to dentist😂😂Truly, l had NO CLUE! I charged this lightweight unit, very easy.First time, OH SWEET MOTHER OF ORAL SHOCK😏I turned this on, and had the AUDACITY to use it Full blast! How strong could it be, after all😎I had the flosser 6inches from my mouth. That waterstream suckerpunched my whole mouth and face😂😂!So, after recovering, I finally figured it out, and l think it's a keeper. Somehow, when l go in the bathroom in the dead of night, that thing STILL scares me😂😂Begin with the lowest setting💙The water amount is sufficient. I like the soft travel case it comes with.

Great waterflosser
I've heard good things about waterpiks but I found this option on Amazon so I wanted to try it out before committing to a more expensive one. I really like it! It's not super big or bulky and it's easy to use. I learned that the reservoir comes off and I find it easier to fill that way instead of the flip-top lid. To get started, it's important to use lukewarm water because cold water may hurt your teeth. I fill it, floss my upper teeth then refill it, and floss my lower. Also, make sure you lean over the sink so the water comes out into the sink instead of hitting your mirror! I love the blue color and I used the custom mode to find a perfect pressure setting because the default High setting wasn't high enough for me. I would highly recommend this especially if you're new to waterflossing!

Stop Working
Six weeks stopped working would not turn off the blue light stayed on blinking. I wrote the unknown manufacturer QUIVERR STOREFRONT NO REPLY it was 6 weeks after my DEAD LINE no returns for defective items which is BS. I found a site on Amazon to see if I was stuck for 40.00 I wrote them and Amazon said they were sorry over 4 weeks. Not sure Amazon has a new scam that they cut it to 4 weeks return because the items break in 2 months and they do not have to deal with it. I sure was upset and asked Amazons customer service what kind of company does not exchange defective items. I guess Amazon is so large now they thought of new ways to make more money. I liked the flosser it was perfect size custom flow but you can not get in touch with them for problems no phone number they are out of California scam capital of the US, MADE IN CHINA

Works well, improved over previous 'version'
This unit appears to be identical to another one that I had (different distributor - I hesitate to say manufacturer because most features are identical), that finally gave up the ghost after about a year, but with a couple of significant improvements. First, the clips that hold the nozzle in place are now metal; the previous 'version' had plastic clips that eventually gave up their grip on the nozzle. Second, the suction tube is just slightly shorter than the length of the reservoir, so it sucks up all the liquid; the previous version had a tube that was longer and tended to 'settle' in a corner. The unit works as expected, within the constraints of a battery powered water flosser. The stream is strong enough for me. The batteries hold a charge for well over a month. The one 'flaw', if you will, is that the unit comes with 4 nozzles, so that different family members can use the water flosser without 'contaminating' anyone else's nozzle. The problem is all of them are black, so you'd never be able to tell whose nozzle is who's. Luckily, the nozzles from my old unit fit (another indication that this 'brand' is simply a distribution from an unknown manufacturer).

No, No and No...
I specifically used this for 2wks...after I brushed with my philips Sonicare and before...It DOES NOT replace flossing!!! I still floss and continue to have lots of food between my teeth. I think it is good for the gums but hurts and the philips Sonicare toothbrush can take care of that!I really would not waste time nor money unless you want to pay extra attention to gums...

good for travel, but there are better options for home
I ended up returning this mostly because of the fact that there is no way to completely empty and dry the reservoir, which is bound to lead to yucky issues.I did like the performance of the device. It has power to it and gets most food particles out. It takes 2 fill-ups to do a whole mouth - potentially more if you are like me and enjoy the process :)I like that it's rechargeable, although I suspect that the plug covering the charge port can be easily lost.Bonus point: can be used to clean hard-to-reach places like the sink drain :DI ended up going with a water flosser that connects directly to the faucet for home use, as this is the simplest solution in my opinion. But this unit would be great for travel, so I do recommend it.

Small and Convenient Flosser
This cordless water flosser is nice for flossing on the go. The small size makes it easy to hold and to take with me, and it is also light weight. After trying out the different modes, I'm using the Normal setting, which definitely has enough cleaning power and works great for me! Got out food particles that I missed with my toothbrush. Also appreciate the USB charger that's included. Be sure to keep the rubber plug that's on the charger connection, I almost tossed it then realized it is meant to be there when not charging.

Great for the money
Works great for the price.I’ve only had it for a week, and have no complaints at this point. It’s extremely easy to use, and filling the water reservoir at first I was kind of a pain, then I used a small funnel and I have no more issues.I do need to mention that I am blind, so it took me a little bit of exploring on figuring out how to use it, but once I did it’s been a piece of cake sense.
