Slids on collar nicely, and has a function that allows it to flash or you can make them stay on.

I like that it’s Molle / PALS compatible. The light is bright enough to indicate to anyone that there is a dog but it’s NOT a flashlight by any means. So don’t expect it to blind intruders or muggers. I have it mounted on some Molle straps that were on my dogs harness. It’s also alerts other dog walkers that I have a dog. Stays pretty secure. Only drawback is that it uses regular watch batteries. Wish they made it a rechargeable option so I don’t waste batteries. I know they sell rechargeable lights on collars but I wanted something on his harness.

These beacons are the best, I can see my dogs on the side hills during the fall or way back in the hay field easily.The light is so bright, it lights up the undersides of the trees. You can quite easily see if you dogs are coming to you or on their own mission.I also like the fact that you can choose to have a steady beam or a pulsing beam simply by just flipping over the battery set.My beacon lights are mounted on German Shepherds, and I have not had any come off their collars.

Unit is definitely bright. The switching from solid on to flash is easy, just unscrew the lens and flip the battery. Shipment included an extra battery pack..thats a plus! I recommend putting the unit onto the collar in a position that will stay stationary. At about 700 yards, i loose sight if the collar flips to opposite site...user error..not the lights.

Let the dogs run around. Was great being able to see where they were at night. Then all of the sudden one of the lights went out. The lens unscrewed and fell off. Now does nothing.They need a better way to turn on and offf so the lens doesn’t fall off.

Perfect for the dog collar. Turns on and off easily. Comes with an extra battery. It does have a special looking battery so not sure how easy it will be to purchase them.So Far a great product.

I have ordered the Adventure lights before for walking my lab at night and early morning. The regular Adventure light clips on her leash but falls off very easily (I've lost 3 already), since during the day you don't notice if they fall off or not). I did some research and found the Hunting Series Dog light. This one is great and hooks onto the leash securely and does not loosen or fall off. Great design and I'm very happy with it.
