Nice quality no complaints

This cable was exactly what I needed! I've had my Sidekick monitor for about three years, and I damaged the original cable. I initially tried an off-brand replacement, but it didn't work out. I ordered the 1.5-foot cable, but it was too short for my large laptop, making it difficult to keep the monitor mounted. I contacted customer support, and they happily exchanged the cable for a longer one. Now, I'm back to using my Sidekick monitor with my laptop, getting all the envious looks at the coffee shop!

Perfect replacement for a lost cord for my SideTrak.

I have bought THREE of these in the past 4 months. The usb-c plugs are not reliable and are constantly falling out. At this rate, I will have had to spend more on the cords than the screen itself to get it to work. Incredibly frsutrating.

I received the product in a timely manner and it worked without an issue

I broke the connector on the original cable that came with the SideTrak and bought this to replace it. It's been perfect. That said, any cable that's USB-C to USB-C with a USB-A adaptor will accomplish the same task. This isn't a proprietary connector format.

Primero había comprado uno igual de otra marca, algo más barato. Si tú pantalla también es marca SideTrak, ningún otro cable más que ésta de la misma marca y original te va a servir. Sirve muy bien, es lo bueno, aunque sí un poquito caro por un simple cable.
