I received my gold chain today. I paid for an 18 inch gold chain and received a 16 inch gold chain . they got payment for an 18 inch.

Lovely. So thin that you can't feel it there. Tends to kink a little because I leave it on always, but I keep attempting to flatten. I'm happy with it.
