Quick delivery, pure product (tested extra, so no toxins)! Tiny capsule, super easy to swollow. Essential mineral. Our soil is deficient, like most.When took this, no ankle pain. Could have mild, muscular dystrophy. Can you spread the info (no medical advice)? (If you know someone with MD, please look into this mineral or tell them, so they can.) Only trouble, pills can be easily lost, as they are so small, if you forget or hurry too much. (Wise to open them over a table or counter). But you get a lot; 100, so no worries, you have time to find it, after you take your dose, or can afford to lose a few!

My previous purchase was great- small bottle containing tiny capsules that ONLY contained selenium. They’ve now made the bottle larger and used larger capsules and so are adding unnecessary rice flour filler… super disappointing as the whole reason I bought this brand was because of how they did not used to add fillers :-/
