The bars have a good flavor, although some of them are a bit dry. The shakes are delicious, and can also be used for a pudding mix.They are a good source of protein and good for losing weight. They are less expensive than a competitor's brand.

Full disclosure I ate this cereal dry as I don’t use milk anymore and wanted to see what this tasted like alone. I can eat a box of cheerios dry and was hoping for the same thing here.It’s not the worst thing I’ve eaten… it’s got good crunch to it and at first taste it’s good. Then you get the after taste… it’s got that super weird diet food fake sweetness that lasts for a bit after you finish. It’s a good size portion so if you don’t mind that sickly sweet part it’s a good breakfast or snack portion. I ate half the bag as a snack and was full which is amazing for me, I’m pretty much always hungry

The fruity cereal is an excellent replacement for the Optavia brand but cheaper. The flavors aren't as bold as Optavia but the flavor reminds me of the taste of Fruit Loops. So far all the Wonderslim products I have bought to replace the other have not disappointed me yet!

I have taste buds that are pretty immune to everything. I've eaten diet foods, medifast, protein shakes, etc. This cereal is unpalatable. I absolutely can't eat this. It is the worst thing I have ever tasted in my life. If you want a delicious cereal, high protein, low calories and carbs, order Medifast cereal. I believe the company is now called optavia. I order the berry and the cinnamon. Both are delicious. This cereal taste like the worst thing imaginable.

The actual cereal doesn't taste bad, but it is a really small box with even smaller portions. The cost is very high for the small amount you get.

Finding a good low-carb cereal is tough, but WonderSlim Protein Cereal in Fruity flavor is a winner. It’s like eating Froot Loops or Trix, but without the sugar or carbs. This is comparable to eating shards of glass. The cinnamon flavor was more like playdoh. Chocolate peanut butter was edible. Would not get again. Ratio brand is better.

These cereals are so good. Crunchy, flavorful. Satisfying. Way better than Magic Spoon. Expensive, but worth it. I like them best when eaten dry, as a crunchy afternoon snack, but they are just as good in milk.
