I have a long torso and a high waist, these are almost too short waisted on me. I use It Sticks gel to prevent the waist from rolling down, which doesn’t happen immediately, I think it happens as the fabric warms with body heat.Very easy to take on and off, and not so tight that it causes ingrown hairs or abdominal discomfort. I use it to smooth my tummy rolls under dresses, I haven’t come across a dress fabric that sticks to the fabric of this, overall pretty happy because I get compression in the right spot, I just wish the waist was may be 1.5 to 2 inches higher so it would hit my natural waist line and maybe not roll down at all?

I have a mom pouch and this smooths. If you want a ton of compression this is not for you. These are very comfortable and help support and smooth. I will be ordering a bunch more. These are definitely a must have staple!

I'm a size 24 on the bottom and the 3XL fit well, maybe a little too tight on the back seams, but I'm bottom heavy. I wear these to help provide support to the mummy-tummy I developed after pregnancy and a c section. As many reviewers noted they do cause a little bulge above, but I'll take that over higher waisted panties that are too hot.

Spanx makes a nice product, but these run a little small. If you have thick thighs, the leg opening is on the tight side. If they were more comfortable, they would have earned a 4 plus star rating as the control they offered is decent. Spanx! Listen up! You need to cut your items better for plus size women!
