There are 3 bands of graduated tension which would be great except as the tension gets higher (more resistance) the band gets bigger. Can’t get stronger by using a bigger band - the tension is lost IMHO

Each individual band comes packaged in its own ziplock plastic bag... inside of a larger plastic bag... in addition to an extra reusable mesh bag which is probably made out of a synthetic fabric (plastic). This is way too much plastic. None of this is necessary. Just put the bands in a cardboard box or paper bag. Even if I send these to the recycler, only 20% will get recycled. The rest ends up in the environment FOREVER.

Great quality bands, just not as much resistance as I had hoped. Even the heavy band doesn’t pose a lot of resistance, not as much as other bands I own/have used.

The range of motion is a little low, the bands are kinda stiff. Because they are stiff some excersizes arent suited to them. They come with a handy little bag, I very had it a couple months and no fraying. They arent smelly so I have only washed them maybe once [in the mesh bag], still smell of plastic really but I dont mind.

These are well made and not too stiff.

I love that it works for all sizes. I work out with my family and it works perfect when we do band workouts because all of us are different sizes so I found the perfect bands for us.

One of the many offerings and one of the best. Don't slip easily and the different levels are perfect for the many exercises I do to strengthen adductors.

These are the best exercise bands! They start in place and don't roll into an uncomfortable position. Top quality here.
