Bought a new Lazy Boy chair for my husband. He needed a more padded headrest. I ordered this item and it definitely was exactly what was needed.It is movable so he can adjust it easily. It has made a big difference to the comfort of the chair.Although it only comes in black, it looks great with the grey leather chair.

still trying to find that sweet spot - they do work as expected but I find they get move around to much and have a tendancy to stick to my neck

The executive office chair I recently ordered didn't have a headrest which, in hindsight, I wish I had gotten because I've been dealing with an incredibly stiff neck after hours at my desk. In my search, I discovered that almost all of the available headrests are made for car seats & not so much office chairs. When I saw this one, I liked it right away, but thought it was definitely overpriced for what it was. However, after trying a few other pillows that didn't fit my chair, I found myself back at this item.. & out of desperation, I ordered it. Luckily, I saw that they had a few available in "like new" condition for a little over $20. less and for that price, I thought I'd give it a try. I was a bit hesitant purchasing the item in "like new" condition. However, the item arrived intact and was packaged as if it were brand new (the only reason you'd know it wasn't, is due to a small sticker on the outside of the box.) This really is a very nice pillow for any office/recliner type chair. For me, the filling is just perfect; it's full but not overstuffed and it is not hard, yet it is supportive for your neck. The flap that lays over your chair has a very thin weight sewn in at the very bottom to help keep it in place,which is great. It also has tiny, soft silicone nubs on the underside of the flap to help keep it in place.. You can still adjust the position of the pillow easily if need be. Overall, I am very, very, pleased with the quality of this pillow and it is without a doubt, helping the discomfort I was having in my neck. Do I think $50. plus dollars is overpriced.. yes, I do. But since I got it for right over $30. I am elated with my purchase. Totally Recommend!!

would not stay put on my recliner

I had just bought a high back leather office chair (to use at home) and it didn't dawn on me right away...that while it was comfortable to sit on, it wasn't built up enough to put my head back, when I feel like lounging a bit. Since I was replacing a similar chair that was wearing out, but which had a padded area for the head...the chair I just bought wasn't cutting it in for that purpose. So, it was then that went searching, and found the Octane Pillow. It's a bit pricey...but it works!It has a weighted 30" tail that hangs over the back of the chair. This and the fact that the back of the "tail" is textured, is what keeps the pillow in the position you put it in.The pillow itself is zippered and contains a cloth bag full of "filler" material. At first I found the pillow to be a bit too full for my head to sink in to... so I removed a large clump of the filler and saved it in a plastic bag. So with about 30% less filler in the pillow, it now compliments the chair a little better, and has more "give" when I rest my head on it. Presto! Problem solved!For comfort and versatility, I think the Octane is a winner.
