I love them !!! Really hold great !!

Bought this to go with my MISTI as the little round magnets it comes with doesn't really seem to hold well. I tried it in my Tim Holtz stamp platform as well, but these magnets are too thick for that one (same with the Tim Holtz travel stamp platform). Works great with the We R Memory Keeps Precision Press Advanced as well (yes, I have a few stamp positioning tools ~ use them all for different purposes and like them all!)These magnets are insanely strong though... far more than the ones that come with the MISTI or the Precision Press Advanced. These magnets really excel when you're using the MISTI Mouse Pad (or the cushion that comes with the Precision Press Advance)... holds your paper and the mouse pad in place far better than the standard magnets! Have to be a little careful if you're not using the Mouse Pad (or the cushion) as this sucker really snaps down with purpose, so watch those fingers!I did as many others have done and wrap a piece of 2-inch wide tape around it and make a flap/handle which makes dealing with the power of these magnets much easier (still need to watch those fingers at times though). Just great though that my paper doesn't budge when I'm repeat stamping. Great Magnets!Mine arrived fully intact and did have the plastic separator piece between them. I wish they would have arrived in a box of their own, mine were actually spiral wrapped in cardboard that was taped closed and in a plastic bag. But it's not a big deal as one lives in my MISTI all the time and the other the Precision Press Advanced.So Happy I bought these magnets!

Likes: they are very strong, just long enough to use for the Sweet Petunia.Disappointed that they are just a hair thicker than the original bar that comes with the S.P., (hence the 4-stars) but are still useable in it. You have to press harder. Three stars for maneuvering only because they are very powerful and once together, hard to get apart but possible by sliding apart.

I bought these magnets to hold down paper when stamping on my Misti, and they definitely do the trick. I didn't have any problems with my paper moving. BUT, they are strong and if they touch each other they are difficult to separate (normal for this kind of magnet). I would suggest you put tape around them with a tail to grab on to. It makes it much easier to move and separate them if they touch, and doesn't lessen their magnetic ability very much. (The good with the not so good) I would buy again if I needed more.

Definitely powerful. I bought them to use in my Misti and they do they trick! They were well protected when they arrived. I felt as if I were opening a top secret hazardous weapon ;) (joking, but I did feel like 007).For use with the Misti - they are slightly too tall/thick to close the lid flat when using the black foam mat and a full Misti paper pad. I don’t have the Misti mouse pad so I’m not sure how that works. It doesnt negatively affect use of the Misti, I just would not recommend storing it with the magnets inside the stamping area. I don’t store them underneath either because then the Misti does not lay flat on a surface; however I have the same experience with the original round Misti magnets. I mentioned this not to be a con/negative of the product, just so that it may help answer questions for others interested.
