The ribbon looked beautiful, great quality, gold on purple, with lovely heart motif. Very quick postage, very reasonably priced. The thing that really impressed me was that they took the trouble to phone me and advise that as I had requested so many characters ( I had got a bit carried away , and gone for thr 'War and Peace approach ), the print would be a little small. They were happy to do whatever I liked. I duly reduced the number of letters, which they helped me with, and was totally delighted with the result. This company is going to be a much used favourite with me, a very reasonably priced way of personalising gifts and sending special messages to loved ones. Big thanks, I'm so happy, and can't wait to send my special message.
