Very good product and excellent vendor
This is a good, sturdy, standing punch bag, well made and easy to assemble. The suction cups are good on parquet flooring, but for really hard punching and kicking I recommend filling it with 3 bags of builders sand from a builders yard (Β£2 each), then it is like glued to the floor. It does not offer the wide swinging motion of a hanging sand bag but, then there is no need to drill holes in the ceiling, lift a heavy bag onto it. It can stand discreetly in the corner of the living room under the included cover, and within 5 seconds be activated for a good workout. Brilliant. I just got it and am very happy.A big thank you also to B2Fitness and their excellent customer service. My punch bag had a little problem when it arrived, something that must have happened in the manufacturing process. As supply chains are disrupted because of Covid and Brexit, I was a bit concerned. However, every email from B2Fitness was clear, honest, polite and very helpful. So much so, that they admitted the disruption to their supply and offered me a refund, because they could not guarantee when the replacement would arrive. I was so impressed by their service and stuck with them, because I knew they would continue to do their best to put it right. And they did, the replacement arrrived much quicker than we all thought and was delivered to me. Thanks again for the great service.

Works well for an amateur Muay Thai fighter.
Arrived on time (actually a few days earlier than expected, which is no bad thing!). It was straight forward to assemble - took about 15mins all told.Filling it with water took longer (I would have preferred to use sand, but didn't have any). If you've got a hose pipe then that'll work well, otherwise you can do what I did - lots of trips with a bucket.Stability was my biggest consideration - a heavy bag is no good to me if it topples over with the slightest tap. Considering I filled the base with water rather than sand (which would have been denser and heavier) it holds up really well. If you hit it full strength at the top of the bag then it will wobble (especially if you're stronger/heavier yourself), but strikes to the centre or low kicks work great. The fact is, if you're not buying a hanging heavy bag, you know you're going to have to make compromises. For me, I'm renting a house and have nowhere to hang a bag, so this lives in my back yard. It does the job. The bag gloves that come with it are fine - though I use my own - but since it does live outside I really appreciated that it came with its own cover (which protects the bag from the rain).I'm happy with this purchase. Could I have spent a couple of hundred pounds extra to get something better? Possibly. For 99% of people though, this will be more than sufficient.

GREAT BAG
I like RDX, as they have quality products for a fair price.I was hesitant about it being able to handle Muay Thai sessions...But it's brilliant, better then bags I've used in the gym as it doesn't swing around.I filled the base with play sand, 120kgs worth. It took me hours, but was worth it.Great bag, looking forward to doing 10, rounds every morning πIt is a really good quality bag for the price.10/10 from me.

Good quality bag
Really good quality free standing bag. Filled base with water and there is good stability and little movement on striking the bag. Only given a 4 star as there was some cosmetic damage to the stand and bag when it arrived, but didn't want to go through the rigmorale of returning it.

Good quality punchbag
Although some parts were missing (I have messaged the seller and sent a picture of the missing parts) the punchbag is really good. Even better when I get the missing parts to finish off putting it together.

Great punch bag, worth the price.
The punch bag is the perfect size for me. It is strong and fits perfectly into my garage. The weight is great when filled with water and doesn't overly rock and doesn't fall when hit with force. It is also easy to wipe down after use. Definitely worth the money I paid for it.

Poor quality
I chose this product as I didn't want to compromise on quality but chosing a cheaper one, this was prices at the higher end for what they sell for, the bag was not filled as per picture, I found a Christmas jump and lots of other used clothes inside, I have found that regardless of if it's filled with water or sand that the product is unstable due to the poor quality feet where they can't be done up tight due to the rubber spinning around the bolt head so I had to make some modifications to stop it from leaning over when kicked.

Good Stuff
It's a great alternative if you don't have the option to put up a standard heavy bag. It does wobble if I start hitting it full power, but it is actually a lot more stable than I would've expected. If you are a hard hitting person you might find it a bit too unstable. You CAN fill it with sand, but I think that would sort of defeat the purpose of a mobile training tool, as it goes up to around 150kg at that point. Overall it's performing better than I actually thought it would. Being a freestanding bag ,it also allows you to work all angles, which is a big upside compared to hanging bags imo. 100% would recommend. The one downside is the small filling hole, but that is honestly not the end of the world. It's not like you have to fill it every time you train.
