Buy it. It Works!
My little yorkie had been scratching her ear raw. The itch would keep her and me up all night. The pain of scratching would cause her to cry. Upon receiving the product, I applied it every day morning and evening. After the first day she stopped scratching. By the third day the irritation had cleared. By the fifth day the scabs were almost healed. Finally, by the seventh day her was completely healed. Both my yorkie and I are very pleased. The product is great. Buy it. It Works!

Works!
Pictures speak for their self. I ended up getting the 0.5% and the stronger Zymox 1% plus enzymatic version to have both on hand. I started using the stronger version the first few days because I wasn't sure which one to purchase and use. The first picture was after 1-2 days as the yeast and wax was being broke up and thinned out and was no longer thick. The second picture was around 5 days and the last picture around 6 days. I contacted my vet friend who said to try this zymox but didn't tell me which one to purchase and said if it doesn't work to send the cat in for further treatment. He suspected yeast and wax buildup but there's a small chance of mites or bacteria but we don't know for sure. He told me to use Zymox for 7-14 days and even said it would be safe to use even longer but if I'm not noticing improvement within a week to contact them back. The cats ears looked fully resolved in 6 days but the first few days wax was really running out of his ears as it broke up the thick wax. I used Zymox for 8 days to make sure the issue didn't return. I followed up with Veterinary formula ear cleaner - sold on Amazon. This was recommended by the vet because it had Ketonazole which also treats yeast. I used the ear cleaner twice. It's more runny and liquidy compared to zymox which is more like an oily substance. My kitten preferred zymox to the ear cleaner. The pictures are the result. The vet told me if I suspected mites that I should use Zymox for one week on and one week off for a solid month (alternating weeks) because mite eggs hatch and it can be hard get rid of all the mites. There's other OTC meds specifically for mites but not knowing for sure if the cats had mites, I was told not to use those products. Zymox smothers the mites because of the thickness. He said it should work but if it doesn't I can purchase Revolution plus through Canadian Vet online shipped to the US and save a vet fee because revolution plus treats mites and fleas/ ticks/ worms. I'm very thankful that he gave me this tip because finances are hard being out of work as I work in healthcare and worrying about my pets health. It's been a week so far and his ears still look really clean. Try it!

A doggo scorned
I have two kids, the oldest of which is three, so my poor doggo's ear was really bad off before I noticed a problem. I had heard him scratching and noticed his right ear was drooping more than the other, but I thought it would get better by itself-- what a mistake. One day he came up to me and I was petting his head when I suddenly smelled something horrible. I mean, it smelled like death ate a bad taco after a week of constipation. The smell was, of course, coming from his ear. I flipped his little floppy furball of an ear over and it looked horrible-- a mixture of ear wax, blood, and whatever funky baby they were raising together. It was obvious that I had somehow become a bad owner! Something had to be done. After consulting with a friend that is a vet tech, we were quite certain that an ear infection caused my pupper to scratch his ear so often that he was exacerbating the infection. These drops were recommended to me because they would help kill the infection and stop the ear from itching. When the product arrived, I immediately took my dog out onto the porch to apply the first treatment. I shook the bottle well before using it, which is important-- you want to keep the mixture homogeneous to ensure throughout the life of the product that the same amount of ingredients are dispensed into your best friend's ear. **Please always consult your vet first** My friend recommended a technique to ensure that the solution would be able to do its job to the best of its ability. Hold the tip of your dog's ear and gently pull it up toward the sky while administering the drops to ensure that they enter the ear canal. Don't be afraid to keep using solution until you can see the liquid filling up your dogs ear. Try to prevent your dog from shaking its head (heh, good luck). Once the ear is full, gently massage the bottom base of the ear-- if you're doing it right you should be able to hear a subtle sloshing sound. This ensures that the solution is getting deep down in there where it is needed (check out a youtube vid if you are better with visual tutorials). Let me tell you, the gunk that came out of his ear on that first cleaning... the horror! Flies literally started trying to land on his ear and on the cotton swabs that I was using to help clean it out! I can't believe it had gotten so bad without me noticing, but that night there was no more scratching and even his general mood had improved. I'm on day 7 of the allowable 14 day treatment and his ear is no longer drooping. The wretched smell was gone after the first night. I am still getting small amounts of wax from out his ear, but less each day. Normally I'd wait until the full treatment was up to leave a review like this, but I'm confident that it is doing the trick. He is so much happier and I can already tell that he has forgiven me for the momentary neglect of his ear! The only way I'll give an update is if his ear is not healthy after the 14th day. This is a great product!

Good to have in hand.
Used a few times on my dogs to help keep ears clean and help with infections. They seem to be effective and would recommend them. The dogs don’t enjoy it but it’s tolerable. They have a slight scent but nothing too bad.

Modern Day Miracle
Modern day miracle for my Brittany. Anyone who has or knows Brittany’s know they constantly have ear infections… mine did for the first 10.5 years of her life. Then one day I watched a video that changed both of our lives. I bought this ear treatment and was hopefully but I’ve been hopeful of many things. Anyway fast forward to today, July 2026 and we haven’t had an ear infection since we treated BOTH ears back in December of 2025. Absolutely amazing and life changing for us.

It worked
I was sure I would have to take her to the vet. Shaking her head and scratching at her ear was a good sign. I’m so glad I found this product. After the first dose, I could tell she was feeling better. Application was easy because it’s not watery. Comes out as a loose gel. I applied about three squirts, and then I gently massaged the bottom of her ear and the sides of her face. She loved that. It’s only day five and she’s showing no signs of an ear infection, but I will still finish out two day seven.

Is very helpful in preventing ear infections.
I have always had dogs who tend to get infections so I know the cost and trips to the vet, as well as the discomfort for the pups. This really seems to work to prevent infections. I have used it for years on three different dogs. Highly recommend. My dogs seem to like it, it must feel good to them.

Works quickly
This helped my dog almost immediately, the vet could find nothing wrong with her ear when they tested it but she kept scratching so I used this and she has stopped scratching her ear

Works
My dog is very prone to ear infections and a rip to the vet costs me between $140 and $200 every time and even sometimes a return trip to the vet, this worked in 4 days. I will be making sure to have this on hand from now

Works great.
Does a really good job of loosening the wax from the dog’s ears…use when outdoors and run before the head shake or be prepared 😬
