That's what I thought of when I realized the instruction sheet ASSUMED you would figure out which direction the aee connector went into the j hook. Its only 1 of 2 possible options. Trial and error.I needed a Philips head screwdriver to attach the phone holder to the j hook/aee connector.Then u need to know which direction to slide j hook into chest hook. Only 1 of 2 possible options. Trial and error.Et voila. U got a very affordable expansion of hands free filming for your phone if u can't or won't splurge on a go pro.Thanks to nameless nobody chinese engineers who could have been americanized. Could have been included and socialized but not by colonization as preferred but by immigration and social acceptance.Initially, when I had no reliance on whether this would work, those few minutes of frustration rode on the back of trained mistrust of made in china. But they came through. This is a nice frugal option and affordability closes the gap so everyone can enjoy life as much as possible which is also why Amazon Is a game changer.To made in china, thank you.

It’s pretty comfortable for what it is, it held up and didn’t drop my phone through some hard trail riding so overall I’d say it’s pretty good. It does bounce quite a bit though and if you’re using it for mountain biking the angle points directly at the front tire, maybe 5’ of trail beyond that.

Bought this for my son he likes doing wheelys on his bike, the straps are great but the piece that holds the phone won't tighten down good, so it allows the phone to be very shaky

It doesn't balance right, it doesn't stand straight up and it's a hassle trying to put the straps on especially for a woman on her chest. Very uncomfortable will not buy again!

cooking videos, or just filming something while sitting down seems to be the best use out of this chest strap for your phone. if i get up and move too quickly or go for a walk the video shows just how much movement is being thrown around making the video not so great looking. The phone is 100% secured into the chest strap. so if youre buying this to go film your walk, i wouldnt. if you want to film cooking and/or videos sitting at a chair, for example, i recommend it. the camera mount is adjustable it just feels stiff if you try and move the mount around. my main complaint is that the chest strap doesnt exactly fit my chest, i do have a large chest as a male, its a struggle to put it on, even loosening the straps. but it works great for the videos i want to film. i would have loved an instruction manual on how to put it together, had to watch the sample video on amazon 100 times to learn how to assemble. id prefer Lego building instructions cause my brain is small.

If you’re looking for something that is great for chest POV this is not recommended. When moving around it’s very wably and unstable. Kinda confusing when setting up some parts are just like WTH lol. I have a iPhone 14pro max so when it’s mounted to my chest and in the stand and I start moving it’s mad shaky. Don’t recommend this product.

bought this to hold my phone while i metal detect and to record my finds. i was surprised at how easy it is to put on and how well it holds my phone. it has strong holding tabs so it holds its position and hasn't slipped as of yet. I've used it for almost a year now and still holds tight. Good product worth the money.

It works fine, the straps come off the clips so sometimes it’s hard to get it situated properly. I wish it sat closer to your chest to get a decent POV, but it’s good enough and gets the job done.

The product is great so far but it is missing the safety lanyard which is something I need for this product. I’ve tried to find where I can ask for the lanyard to be delivered but all I can find is that I can return the whole product for a refund. I’m unhappy that in order to get the product I bought, I have to wait much longer
