I regularly make numerous batches of a variety of flavored sugar nuts for craft fairs. I made a particular batch and tried baking half the batch. The nuts just stuck to all my sheet pans. Horribly so. It was so bad I literally threw the pans, with nuts attached, into the trash. By happenstance I had order these pans a few days before to add to my sheet pans. They arrived the day of the disaster. I baked the other half of that same batch on these pans the same day. Boy did they perform beyond all expectations. Can’t say enough good things about these sheet pans.

I bought these to replace worn out old cookie sheets. I find these to be good quality, work well, clean up okay. I often line them with parchment to make clean-up much easier. Use them regularly for sheet-pan cooking recipes. They're great for that. Just enough of a lip on the sheet that I can use a spatula to gently move things around without sending them over the side of the pan.

I love these baking sheets but hand wash only as they are not dishwasher safe as they are advertised and will rust- leaving a messy trail of rust in the dishwasher as well

Love love,my last one lasted me 19 years and it's still good but wanted to get a new one. I highly recommend this brand. I used a silicone matt and it never failed me with my baking . I was doing the happy dance when I learnt it was still around. The new one looks just like my old one but shiny. It Rocks

Well made, clearly durable. I'm used to doubling up my old baking sheets to be sure the bottoms of cookies, etc.. don't get too dark before it's completely done, so I'm quite surprised that I don't have to do that anymore. Easy clean, too. Well worth the price.
