WOOWEE Jumping rope is no joke, it's quite a workout 😅 I get 10k steps a day but even jumping rope for five mins is a challenge (at first). I'm looking forward to using this to get back in shape, at home and inside as we approach winter months. The design is so slick how you can customize the length to be perfect for you effortlessly. Everyone needs one of these.

I wanted to up my double under skills with a weighted rope and wasn’t sure of proper length, usually use 104” for regular double unders. Takes a little getting used to and because of the weight, definitely more of a taxing conditioning workout. Got the hang of the weighted double unders. Still early in my purchase but so far so good.

It's a nice jump rope. It feels great in the hand and it is easy to adjust enough slack for pretty much anyone. It's good for speed jump roping, which wasn't part of the description. It is a great one-size-fits-all for the family/friends.

The ability to customize the length sets this jump rope apart from the rest. I jump rope in my gym/garage. Too often I'd have to choke up on the rope to get it just the right length as to not hit the ceiling. Not anymore. The handles are a nice, non slip rubber and the bearings in the handles allow the rope to swing smoothly. Comes in a nice carrying/storage case.
