Super Size Me / That Sugar Film

Get this. It changed my life.I have watched it dozens of times. Don't be put of by the casual demeanor of these movies - they are highly accessible and not at all snobby. Gosh, I hate food snobs.These are serious in their intent, with just a touch of humor thrown in.I am a Vegan and learned much, here.Highly recommended for your permanent library. An excellent investment.

Great documentaries about the harmful effects of fast food and added sugar. Not preachy, just the honest experiences of the men involved. Started out to be funny, until I realized how similar their descriptions were to my own experiences.

Enjoyed the Sugar Movie very much. The Super Size Me was a little over the top...not impressed with the guy, but it was informative, but no more than I expected from anyone who eats fast food every day.

I personally don't go to McDonalds much but this was a little unfair to them. He switched from a quasi vegan diet ( his girlfriend is a vegan chef) cold turkey. Of course you will trow up

A bit of a mixup in the shipping (my bad - Amazon fixed it. ) No problems otherwise. Could have been a great experience. The product came in great shape. So I give a five stars rating anyway :)

Both DVD's are worth watching when you need evidence for toxic food.

I really ordered it for the Supersize Me movie but I was disappointed because it was not the full length film.
