MK-4 is not synthetic it comes from heathy animals. MK-7 is synthetic and/or comes from natto soybean which is an endocrine disruptor and causes cancer in many people. Do your research because MK-7 is not the natural form as claimed to be

It really depends on the individual -- I did not do well with K7 -- I have not problem with K2 however - you may find more info by googleling your question
