Using the Mad Dadder Pans Made Me Madder Than Dadder
Save your money and just use regular cake pans. I was using three cakes per layer and cutting the top of each layer on an angle and then I would fix the layer that it sat on to make sure it was stable. Not really that big of a deal but I thought this would be better. For me, it wasn't. I used them twice and followed the instructions which I found on the Internet because they did not come with the product. I went and bout the suggested Flower Nails (I think that is what they are called) to put in the deep end of the pan to supposedly act as heat conductor. It just never quite worked. The instructions tell you to float the nails on top of the batter. Mine sank and I had a heck of a time finding them without destroying the cake and had to dig them out. The deep side was not cooked as it should be. The second time I had the idea to put the cake nails with the large flat side in the batter touching the bottom figuring it would still act as a conductor and be easy to remove. Wrong, again had a hard time finding them. The layers are so thick that I cut them so there would be enough frosting to cake ratio. Both of the attempts the cake looked awful. The manual topsy turvey cakes I made always looked great. I will return these and invest in some more regular cake pans and no more nails!

Well made pan.
Works perfectly well in the Ninja Foodi. Used parchment paper when I used it to make fudge. Clean up was a breeze. Very sturdy and I will try other pans for my conventional oven too.

I am hooked Fat Daddio fan
There is no query about quality but am quite dissapoint because I did recived the Foot Level with the pan. I lives in the Caribbean and it is not profitable to return it. Amazon I have an 8" pending and it would be nice if the LF can be replaced and shipped with it. It would make my day. I would better grade when I bake in it.

Instructions
The only thing I wish it came with was a tip sheet for how long to bake and how much batter bc one side had to bake longer than the other due to the sideways design.

but it was definitely a good deal.
It had some dents, but it was definitely a good deal.
