Love this! I use it for scratching mostly; and I pull on it hard! It takes a good beating and is still holding up nicely. I've also used it for pull ups many times, it was just the resistance I needed, I no longer need assistance with pull-ups though, so stretching it is.

Very good durable band. Does require some breaking in though. Once broken I. The resistance is more in line with the advertise lbs. Reasonably priced. Can't complain.

The 30-60lb (black) band that I got was to help me with banded bench. It seems pretty sturdy and provided the resistance that I needed. It arrived on time and I was able to use it right away. This brand also has a lifetime warranty if you register your band.

I've had this for a week. Use it for pull up assists and also for everything I need the pully system at the gym for. Seems very strong so far.

It is a versatile item. there are all kinds of exercises you can do. It works in addition to weights and when you can't use weights.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. I've had it for a few weeks and I haven't even put a ding in it. I highly recommend it!
