Shift Knob, Car 5 Speed 6 Speed Universal Round Leather Gear Shift Head Manual Transmission Gear Shift Knob Car Shift Knob Lever Shifter(6 Speed)

This is an acceptable replacement for the manual gearshift of my 2010 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner. There is a small gap between the bottom of the gear shift knob and the top of the boot whereby the a portion of the silver gear shaft can be seen. However, It is a good temporary replacement until I can locate a duplicate factory replica.

You install it by crushing a soft rubber insert that fits great for a while but seems to dry out pretty quickly and become loose. Its only been in my truck for a month and I've had to tighten it up twice already. If it comes loose again I don't know if there are enough threads left to hold it before the setscrews fall through the inside.

Rubber kinda kills everything.. 3 weeks later and i had to take it off cause its too loose.

Shift knob completely moves around and rotates after being tightened down. Also the pre-threaded holes strip out really easily making impossible to fasten correctly. Waste of money.

Does not fit toyota celica

Giving it 2 stars because it took much longer than expected (shipped from China) and it didn't fit even though Amazon stated it would (which is why I went with this product over OEM).That said if it DID fit, the quality of it was nice and would have been great to drive with.... too bad it is not for 2015 or newer Mustangs

Fits great on my 2004 Nissan Versa.
