3 pack Longkou Pure Mung Bean Vermicelli (龙口粉丝）, Vermicelli Rice Noodles, Threads Noodle -Vermicelli, 600g

I loved the three 200-g airtight and insect-proof packs of glass noodles. I will use some in Thai spring rolls, a room temperature Philippine noodle dish, and who knows what else. This is an amazing bargain, especially compared to the tiny packets of bean threads available in typical grocery stores.

I just learned how to cook these noodles. It’s the easiest thing ever. ( and I’m not a good cook). The whole family loves

Just like advertised.

The noodles arrived quickly but when I opened the package they were expired in January (we're in May) & had a strong chemical smell to them. It was so strong I had to open my kitchen window. I did not use these and threw them away as they aren't eligible for return or refund.
