LUCID Premium Rayon from Bamboo Jersey Mattress Protector - Ultra Soft - Waterproof -White Twin

This mattress protector is so comfortable, I didn’t expect it. When I first opened the package I thought it felt like it was going to be like laying on an exam bed at the hospital. After I got it on my bed I realized how wrong I was. It adds a comfort that I never even knew I needed, I’ve slept great since I got it and it doesn’t make noise when rolling over. My only complaint is it pops off the corner of my bed at night. Other than that I highly recommend.

I bought two twin XL Lucid Rayon from Bamboo Jersey mattress protectors for my split king bed with movable frames and have had them on the beds for about a week. I wanted an extra set of mattress protectors so that when I washed one set, I could immediately put on the other clean set and make the beds right away without having to wash the only set of mattress protectors right away. So far, no complaints with these Lucid mattress protectors. They are of a good quality and are lightweight and fit very nicely on each of our 12" thick mattresses with plenty of room to amply cover all sides of the mattress and extend a ways on the undersides so that there's no worry of them slipping off of the mattress. When I first took the protectors out of their packages, there was a crinkly noise. But, as soon as I put the protectors on to the mattresses, the sound disappeared and my husband and I haven't heard any noise since. Once on the mattress with a sheet over the protectors, we don't even feel them or know that they're there. This mattress protector is also very soft and comfortable. And, even though they're thin, they have more than sufficient thickness to prevent us from feeling the mattresses' material (ie, texture, seams, etc) on the mattress top . Also, when I first opened the packages, I didn't detect any strong smells with them, just a slight smell that wasn't unpleasant. And, neither my husband nor I have smelled any odor from the protectors since they've been on the bed and covered with sheets. This Lucid mattress protector is very similar to the ones (different brand) that we got when we bought our mattresses two years ago, and of the same good quality as that other brand. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this Lucid mattress protector again, and will do so if/when the other brand's protectors that we've had for two years wear out. I definitely recommend this Lucid mattress protector.

I ruined my last mattress being the wine-o I am and no bedside tables. Girlfriend finally bought a new mattress after a million other spilling incidents and as a dog mom. But last straw was falling asleep with Bubbly Water in hand and soaked thru all that absorbent foam. This cover works for sure. So far classic Ashley move of spilling wine, our new mattress is also safe from more bubblys, beer, and my turmeric drink. I mean the cover is orange now, but the mattress is safe. Also, my neighbor's dog got sick and decided the bed is where he wanted to vomit in wich made my dog want to pee on the mattress to claim dominance of puke space? Mattress is still safe. Cover is easy to clean. Totally worth it. Buying a couple more as back up since we now have to change it, but it's a lot better than the entire mattress

Very happy with this purchase. I purchased this when I got a new mattress to add extra protection. I was worried about finding a cover that would be crinkly/noisy when you moved but this one is not. It doesn't make noise and does not trap body heat.

I originally bought the completely enclosed 6 sided mattress protector when I bought my extra, extra deep 16" Lucid foam mattress a couple of years ago, before they were discontinued. I love my completely enclosed mattress protector, but I had gotten to the point where I truly, completely, hated the struggle in wrestling it off of my wonderfully comfortable, albeit extremely heavy mattress every week to wash it. My 2 biggest complaints when it comes to them is how heavy they are, and how difficult it is lifting them upright to try and move them around as they are about as stiff as a wet noodle and completely dead weight. After two years of dealing with it I decided to get a regular one that goes on like normal to go over the original one for extra protection. Now, I only mess with washing the enclosed one every once in a while. This new one keeps everything visible completely covered and with it being dust and waterproof nothing ever gets through, so the other one never gets dirty, making me one happy camper.

One night I had a sweater on as I was laying in my bed, and I accidently feel asleep with the comforter over me. I woke up in a pool of sweat. I didn't realize you could even sweat that much before waking up. I thought nothing of the mattress sheet until I went through my normal process of washing my sheets and I noticed my memory foam mattress had a huge stain on it. At first I couldn't figure out how that stain could have gotten there, then I remembered that night that I sweat like Patrick Ewing in the 4th quarter of an NBA finals game.These mattress covers will last about 3 years under normal usage. They will rip eventually, but they will also discolor a ton too. The price for these are good though. I need a new mattress cover now. Hence why I'm reviewing this. This is the most accurate review you're going to read here. I had this cover for several years of usage.

Good quality, prompt delivery.

Suena algo al acostarse o moverse y es medio incomodo, como si tuvieses un plastico debajo, no es acolchonado. La verdad crei seria de mucha mejor calidad.

Es muy delgado y al moverte hace demasiado ruido, si es impermeable pero el plástico que lo hace impermeable es el que hace que sea ruidoso.

Compre este protector porque tengo mascotas y en ocasiones suelo comer snacks en mi habitación, por eso a veces pasan accidentes por lo que creí necesario comprar un protector para colchón.Llevo 3 meses de uso, lo he lavado unas 6 veces SIN USAR SECADORA y hasta ahora no ha perdido su impermeabilidad, lo que sí es que lo he sentido un poquito más ruidoso, pero nada que un buen juego de sabanas no amortigue.Lo lavo en un ciclo delicado o con suciedad ligera, centrifugado medio y lo seco colgado a la sombra, si es un poquito tardado en días frios de secar, pero todo sea para no afectar su impermeabilidad.Se que dice que se puede usar secadora, pero la verdad prefiero no arriesgar mi compra y cuidar el producto, por eso lo seco por fuera.
