USB port
I ordered this product for my recording studio. Easy to install, it works just fine. I would recommend it to anyone.

Had issues with product, customer service was amazing though
I had some issues getting this to work with my Mac - it's advertised as not for Mac, but it DID show up in my system info just fine...so not sure what the issue was, it worked...but didn't - their customer service was very generous though and helped me with a refund as-is. Although this product didn't work for my purposes, I would absolutely deal with the merchant again because of the painless experience!!

USBコネクタが刺さらない
USBポートを回路基盤に対して垂直に実装していますが、PC筐体の増設ボード用スロットの幅がそれより狭く、USBコネクタが刺さりません。PC筐体によってはリアスロットの幅が広くできていて使用できる場合があるかもしれませんが、私が使用しているPC筐体(AOpen H360)では使用できませんでした。要するにカナダの人(2019年9月24日のレビュー Client d'Amazons氏)のレビューの通りです。しかし、私は、彼のようにこのボードを使うために態々PC筐体を自ら破壊する気にはなれませんでした。結果として\5000を無駄遣いすることになりましたが、仕方ありませんね。一応保管しておいてこれが使えるような筐体を今後手に入れたら、そのうち使うかもしれません。使える筐体が手元にない現状においては、残念ながらこの商品はただのゴミです…。

Works fine with Win10 on a Gateway DX4850
I have a full size tower, but I really like that the FS-U4 can be used in a mini-tower PC. I am not using this for a power source; I have a powered USB hard drive attached. It installed flawlessly in the case, and Windows 10 recognized it at boot with no extra help. Data coming from a USB 2.0 hard drive via the mainboard port to the USB 3.0 hard drive is about 32MB/s (~320Mb/s) ... which is a lot faster than when the same USB 3.0 hard drive was connected to the USB 2.0 port. It can write about 131MB/s coming from the SATA C: hard drive to the USB 3.0 hard drive. The only complaint I could have, is that I wish it came with a 'Y-splitter' power cable. I have a 750W power supply, but the power connectors are limited.----------2019/03/20----------Bummer. Microsoft just upgraded me to Win 10 Version 10.0.18356 Build 18356 last week, and this is no longer working. I have uninstalled and re-installed vendor and Microsoft drivers, but cannot get to work any more. The USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller just shows a little yellow triangle in Device Manager, and the Reneasys driver only sticks around until reboot, then it gets replaced with the xHCI one. The explanation is very helpful: This device cannot start (Code 10).

It works as described.
Out of the box, plugged in to the appropriate buss, USB 3.0 connectivity. Recognised by Win8.1, no additional drivers required. (It did come with a minidisc for drivers that I haven't opened). Running an external 4gb drive on the card. Good throughput as expected. No fuss, no drama. The best way to have it with technology.
