Very poor quality plastic, bad packaging
Ordered this set of buttons for my e53, very poor quality, packaging was broken inside Amazon bag looks like it was broken before it was shipped was missing a button. Contacted customer service about it but nothing they could do.

Doesn't match the originals
Not of the same quality. The print is off color and a different image than the original. It looks similar but is not at all identical. Meets the need for a new button, but doesn't look good.

Most of the buttons are a pretty good replacement. But the hot/cold up and down arrows are nothing like the originals or even the other replacement buttons in this pack. I only needed one replaced, but now I might replace all 4 so they at least look uniform.

Terrible product, poor fit, not functional.
The buttons did not fit at all. The pictograms are very poor design. Do not buy try a different brand.
