Recently my lower back pain has become worse from sitting for long hours working from home in my swivel chair. When I found this product, I was most intrigued by the positive comments. I ordered one on a Friday and assembled it immediately when it arrived the next day.As one reviewer suggested using level one as a beginner for 5 – 10 mins, at first it felt uncomfortable, and believe this is because having sat for long periods in my chair, often I feel somewhat stiff.Surprisingly once completing the first session, I felt instant relief and set a daily schedule to use the Alitfit Back Stretcher in the morning when getting out of bed and before going to bed. It is worth every penny if you are someone who suffers from continuous back pain. I will provide a further update on how things are progressing.

Arrived well packaged and quickly. A good bag and easy to follow instructions. I’ve only tried it a few times so far and it did feel a bit strange, not painful or uncomfortable, but my back has been feeling better! After working from home during lockdown and sitting a lot more than usual my back muscles were becoming tight and uncomfortable so wanted to give this a try after seeing good reviews for this kind of thing. It was very difficult to set it up though. I had help trying to fit the two pieces together but it’s very hard to bend and slide into place even on the lowest setting with two of us pushing and pulling. I’m worried to try and move it up a level because I doubt I’ll be able to get it back in! But otherwise it’s not as uncomfortable as it looks and already I’m seeing some improvement.

Nowadays I am working from home for the current situation and working long hours sitting on the chair. I had some back pain problem for a long and it has deteriorated over the last few months. I tested a couple of different products for my back pain but unfortunately, they didn't help me out. At this point, I started thinking to change my chair which would have very expensive. At the same time, I found this product, go through customer reviews, and without wasting much time I ordered it. Now using it for 4 weeks and can't thank you enough for how much it helped to reduce my back pain. Product quality looks good and differentiate from others coz it gives additional foam, supporting belt used to fix on the chair & most importantly carry bag which helps me to carry anywhere I want easily. Now, most of the time I use it as my back support and not feeling the pain much these days. Probably I am not going to change the chair also. I would recommend this product to others.

Very good in stretching your back. You feel you can breath a little better.

This has been fantastic so far for chronic back pain. I have 2 slipped discs and spinal stenosis and have been in pain 3 years. I've had injections, physio, nothing works. This is amazing. It resolves my pain. Its pretty uncomfortable at first to lie on but you soon become accustomed, and I feel great when I get off. I stretch my arms back behind my head for further relief while I'm on it. I then I do the cobra position and cat/cow stretch. Amazing. I'm going to get another to leave at work .

Only used it 3 or 4 times since I bought it a few months ago and the material has already ripped and showed ageing in the plastic I’m 12 stone and it couldn’t hold my weight not worth the money absolute rip off not what you would expect from the adverts

Background. I have 2 discs which are bulging L4, L5 ,S1. Inoperable apparently. So pain is an everyday pal, just different levels.Day1 I set it on lowest level, obeyed the poorly translated instructions and lay on it.The pain was immediate. I didn't think I'd last the ten minutes I set on Alexa but was determined to give it a shot. When Alexa told me the torture was over, I rolled sideways off it and lay still a few seconds. then I rolled into a kneeling position and got up.The relief was immediate and immensely welcome. The rest of the day was blissful. I took no paracetamol or any other [I stay away from opiates of any kind] pain relief for the first time in ages.I slept well. I usually have wakeful periods if I move and jar it somehow. When I got up in the morning I was able to rise without working my way up my thighs.Second go was today. Very painful to lay on it again [maybe always will be] but looking forward to a full day free of pain apart from the odd twinge, and a good night's sleep.

I’ve always had a lot of back pain and been looking for something to help with that. This product is amazing, It’s easy to set up and change to the different levels. The instructions are very clear on how to set it up and how to use it. When I laid down on it let me tell you the relief that I felt was incredible, you can actually feel the difference after, I felt like a new person it is worth the money.
