This stuff is AMAZING!
I have been using this for about 6 months and have lost 15-17 pounds without changing what I eat! AND... I haven't gained any back... the REAL test! If you eat better, and add exercise, it helps losing MORE weight. Take what's advised: 2 pills 3X per day to get the most benefit. I've had no adverse side effects or reactions.

Pills are simpler to take than putting on creams
I cannot promise it works, but I keep trying to fight celullite. It is comfortable to take pills; I find the creams such a big job,

I never would have believed it
I have tried cellulite supplements that were four times the cost and yet this $20 product actually worked. Don"t get me wrong it's not overnight, but with one bottle I can definitely see a difference, which makes it worth it for me.

Doesn't really do anything for me
I really enjoyed other Crystal Star formulations, but this one doesn't do much for me. I am pretty fit but as a 49 yo have some cellulite i want to reduce. This didn't do anything at all. There were no unpleasant effects either so i guess it is OK.Oh well.Was worth a try.
