Love everything that was advertised about the laptop!

Arrived quickly in excellent condition. Would give it 5 stars if not for 2 things: lack of an indicator light on the numlock key, and a subpar HP OEM graphics display driver that was causing terrible ghosting when scrolling text. I decided to see if Intel had a driver for my 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz processor. Fortunately, they did, so I downloaded their packaged installer with the driver. That fixed the ghosting. Then I ran the Intel Graphics Command Center that came pre-installed, and tweaked the Enhanced brightness setting, and the Contrast setting, to my liking.This is a wonderful, lightweight laptop for the price, and I couldn't be happier with its overall performance.

I have been using this laptop for over three weeks now and must say I am pleased with it more than I initally thought I would be. I have not experienced the loud fan noise described by other reviewers. Considering my previous laptop with 8GB of RAM and 1TB HDD SATA drive, I must say I am very pleased with the speed and responsiveness of the SSD and 16GB of RAM which makes my old laptop seems extremely slow. The touchscreen is responsive and I am not noticing a lot of fingerprints while using it, even though I try to ensure that I keep my fingers clean before touching the screen.Incidentally mine was delivered with the 11th Gen Intel processor and not the 10th Gen advertised. Overall I am pleased with this purchase so far and would recommend it. I will update this review if anything changes which would influence what I have just stated.

Me gusto mucho porque es de pantalla tactil , con mucha velocidad y almacenamiento . Además es de peso muy ligero , muy grande también la pantalla . La recomiendo mucho . Porque la marca HP es una de las mejores

It is everything I wanted in a Laptop. Replaced an older Laptop that was getting very slow. However being a older long time computer user, I believe it is over priced. I know the pandemic cause many to work from home and there is a shortage of PC's. I think the sellers are pushing prices up. I have bought i7 gaming PC's for my grand kids, 3 years ago, that are 5 times better than this PC for the same amount of money.

I endorsed the purchase of this laptop. No regrets. I am a pleased customer.

I got it out the package and charged the laptop then turned it on and I was blown away by the speed of the laptop. Setup was super fast. I game, and do school work on this laptop and after a month it has not slowed down yet. The battery life is not amazing but I usually leave my laptop on the charger when I’m using it anyways so I don’t mind. I never really use the touch screen either but it is still nice to have and it works perfectly fine. So far I give it a 5/5!

After leaving the review and contacting the seller. They asked us to send it back to them for repairs. We did end up having to send it back twice. We received it back yesterday and it is finally fixed. I appreciate this seller, for working with us on this issue. I realize not everyone would’ve worked with us to fix the laptop.We have only had this laptop for 9 months. Half that time it’s been unusable. It won’t boot up 90% of the time. When it does boot up it freezes. We paid $800 for a laptop and got maybe 3 month’s use out of it.
