Aprodz Cliff Metal Bunk Bed, Black, Twin/Full

The bunk bed is very strudy and very nicely finished. There are no rough edges and all the bolts are well hidden. The assembly took a bit of time as it was done by 3rd party and not the manufacturer. But no issues in assembly. Couple bolts given by company were not good as the thread were worn. I bought some replacement bolts and used them instead.One thing thats irritating was the mattress boards are totally out of dimensions and did not fit. I had to get a carpenter to get it cut to correct dimensions.(someone else reported same issue).I contacted manufacturer for assembly instructions and he was very helpful in providing the same immediately.Will do a 3 month review on durability.

The after sales service from the seller is very bad. first the hardware was not sent. later requested and partial hardware was sent. I had to purchase the remaining items from outside. Lastly the plywood sent was not fitting correctly for the top bed. The cutting done does not match with the size of the bed.But the quality and the material used is very nice. Product would have been more perfect had the technical formalities done correctly by the seller.

The bed comes with installation service which I didnt receive. Tried to get it installed by self arranged technician but the package is missing parts/screws. Very difficult to install.

It was awesome but there were some questions we had to talk about. The metal piece was a little too much. And could you just make it a little bit bigger?
