Colors and Picture are exactly what you see. I would say the XL fits as expected but a little larger to make a comfortable fit. The Hells Bells on the back is kind of like wearing a sports jersey. I'm 5'10, 215 lbs with somewhat of a beer belly and the shirt is comfortable. It is long enough about mid-thighs. Its a very nice shirt and comfortable with all the Graphics, it certainly grabs your attention.
