This patch stuff really works well, great for sealing up small rust holes , seems and rust areas that just can't be welded on. Dries hard as a rock and can be sanded down and shaped as needed. Be forward... this stuff is costly so in order to keep from wasting the tube...keep the product off the tube threads or you wont be able to open it later. I use a rag with acetone or lacquer thinner on it to clean the threads prior to recapping. Also the stuff stays on your skin longer than a tattoo but using the above thinners can remove most of it. Dollar for dollar pound for pound no better product out there.

it is very easy to work with and permanent. Cleaned the seam with a wire wheel on a grinder to bare metal... and the por patch isn't going to let anything through that seam. Great stuff but a little pricey, I won't hesitate to buy and use again because for the right application it is worth every penny.

錆穴のあいたボディ補修やいろいろ、これは使えます。一晩でほぼ硬化する感じ、２，３日たてば硬化後はがちがちに硬化してます。夏場は塗って１時間もしないうちに指触乾燥してます。錆穴のあいたフェンダーのフチや　凸凹面の補強成型、細かいサビ穴埋め　に使っています。錆びない素材だし、かなり硬くなるので　いい補修素材です。ファイバーグラスなどを混ぜるなどすればもっと強度は出るのかも。アイデア次第。難を言えば、一度開けると、キャップの部分、かなり硬く固まってます。その都度、チューブの横に穴をあけるなどをして絞り出してます。なるべく短時間に使い切るのが吉。

i used this to repair a rusted and rotted out flange on the gas tank and fuel pump/sending unit assembly on an 85 corvette. too much work dropping the tank for a proper repair, so i opted to attempt a repair in place. after cleaning the majority of rust and prepping with rust converter, i laid the POR-15 seam sealer in layers using a bondo spreader. they say it can't be sanded, but i found 120 grit with a small sanding block worked just fine and sanded between layers. did this within a 24 hour period and before the maxium cure time of 96 hours. i also laid a bead on the inside flange of the gas tank. after sufficient build thickness, finished with a coat of primer after the full cure time. finished off the repair with a fresh gasket and fuel resistant grease, bolted the thing together, and all is good - solid as and hard as a rock. saved hundreds over buying a new tank and sending unit assembly or the labor involved. definitely a 5-star product. only drawback - messy stuff - definitely need "rubber" gloves, acetone, and a ton of paper towels!

Used this to fill rust holes under the windshield seal. Did the job, but don't recommend for areas that show because it is very difficult to make it smooth.
