Q: How sturdy is this when full? We will only use it a few times a year, but when we do use it every slot will be nearly full. Will it hold up to that?

No, it won't hold up. The one I bought started to sag within a couple of weeks, and the slots were nowhere near full. Spend the extra money and get a wooden one.

Q: I came with no instructions. Can you tell me where to download the assembly instructions?

I have not seen it in person but the product details say 32 inch x 12 inches x 21

Q: what are the deminsions of the name tab?

2 3/4 x 3/4 inches. The Avery 5195 0r 8195 labels fit with room to spare.
