Do not buy from this brand
First thing i noticed is the scooter is incredibly slow even at its maximum speed. Considering we are in dubai the sun will fry you properly before you get out from the sun. Second is the tires are of very poor quality almost as soft as a baloon to the point where after 3 days of using the scooter both tires got burst and i am back to walking to work as if i never had a scooter. 3rd is the battery runs down very very fast. I have owned a scooter before this one which i bought AED650 from the brand called REDAK and have used it for 2 years and it was amazing and the total opposite of this new one. I want my money back and kindly come get back your scooter
