HARDWARE: Thomson 4-bolt faceplates use custom corrosion preventive, heat-treated bolts to hold the 40-60mm block style X4 stem reliably in place.
Weight/dimensions: 167 grams, steer tube diameter is 1.1125 inch, 10 degree rise, 0 degree. Uses steerer clamp shaped to save weight
MADE IN USA: Made from a solid piece of 7000 series aluminum and machined in Macon, Georgia. Certified to EN 14766 2006 MTB and DIN CERTCO: 2006 MTB

This stem has motorcycle style with Thomson strength and attention to detail. Direct Mount Stems fit forks from Rock Shox, Fox, and Manitou. Marzochi forks 2012 and newer are also compatible with our Direct Mount. Three sizes are available for 31.8mm handlebars: our 50mm Direct Mount Drop Stem puts the handlebar 10mm lower than a standard stem, and lower than an adjustable direct mount design. We also offer 40mm and 50mm Direct Mount Stems with 30 degrees of rise. 65mm-wide handlebar clamp width creates maximum torsional stiffness, which translates into better steering precision. The Direct Mount Stem is 100% American made.

Well built and looks great.

Love the styling, weighs 0.58oz (without bolts). Nice to have a solid 31.8 option for direct mount. Typical Thomson quality.

Solid stem

It's different from many other DH stems but I've already seen knock-offs.I like the width, and the style is cool. Not a lightweight stem but then I don't think I need a lightweight stem on your DH bike. Quality is Outstanding, as with anything Thomson that I've had (multiple stems, seatposts and now even a handlebar)
