I don't know the percentage but it is my favorite soap ever for my dry sensitive skin.

If EMU Oil is listed as the fifth ingredient, it means it contains very little Emu Oil . Rule of thumb. Look for ones where Emu oil is listed as the first or second ingredient. Btw, Sodium Tallowate is derived from the fatty tissue of sheep or cattle.

No.....mind did not come individually wrap.
