Powerful but expensive in UAE
Very good design and power, but it shuts off very fast under a bit of pressure on the machine, then you need to wait for an hour to cool down. You need to add liquid to assure it’s not going to overheat. The price is very high compared to U.S prices in dollars

E31 has flashed up, it's been in the cupboard since I used it once when I bought it and now it won't work. I was using it to blend cake mixture so nothing hard. Please Contact ASAP please.

Brilliant piece of kitchen equipment
I've seen these demonstrated in Costco in the past and really wanted one. After the 'How much?!" conversation with the male half of the partnership, the Vitamix arrived. We are both converts and as it also coincided with our attempt at 'Veganuary' and it has made life a lot easier. The nut milks are terrific for a start - a handful of cashews/almonds and some cold water and we have a pint of really nice milk without all the oil, gum and sugar in the bought ones and at around 40 pence a litre. The smoothies are brilliant too, without any bits, and it makes ice cream or sorbet if you chuck some ice in there too. Soups are sooo easy - just chuck in some veg, perhaps a handful of almonds to make it creamy, and a veggie stock cube if you want to and then leave the blender running on high for 6 mins and it's hot. The sheer power of the motor creates enough friction to heat the soup without a heating element. The power also means that you can chuck in whole carrots etc and they are liquid within seconds. Clean it by adding a bit of warm water and one drop of washing up liquid then run on high for a minute. If you are wondering whether to buy one, I really recommend that you do.

More power than your average blender!
Previously I had a Russell Hobbs blender that was cheap.. And you get what you payfor. In reality it was fine and lasted with no problems, but I wanted to get something on a different level. This blender is it. 10 year warranty and monstrous blending power. It sounds like a jet turbine on no. 10 setting! It does however blitz everything to a nice fine consistency when I make my smoothies.. Whatever is chucked in its pulped nicely! Also great for cocktails as tonnes of ice will give you frozen cocktails or chuck in a load of frozen fruit and yogurt and instant ice-cream! Cleaning is a breeze as you rinse it out and then fill half with water and a drop of washing up liquid and blend on full power for 30 seconds. Best blender ever!

Amazing
Never written a review before but this machine is amazing. I got it as I’m trying to be healthier and my nutri bullet RX broke. I will never have any other brand. This is expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s the smoothest smoothies I’ve ever had. The RX used to regularly leave frozen fruit un-blended. I have tried this with big frozen strawberry’s and spinach. Nothing is left. It’s amazing. If you want a blender that makes the best smoothies. This is highly recommended. The app is brilliant too. Only downside is my son and daughter get a bit scared of the noise. I just shut the lounge door though and all good!

The worst waste of money ever
I bought this supposedly great blender for one reason - I needed to start making my dog's food to deal with kidney disease. This involves blending mince (hamburger), cooked green beans, cooked sweet potatoes and canned pumpkin (other things, not blended, are added later). The blender is unable to handle any of these items without a) overheating - very quickly - making it unusable for more than an hour), the food has to be constantly pushed around with the plastic tamper, since it blends what is in the middle and then throws it to the side if you only put a little, or jams, stops and overheats if you put in a bit more. You can keep it from overheating if you blend on the highest speed, when the fan kicks in, but then everything is blended to liquid. My old, cheap blender did a better job. I haven't tried to return it because my husband threw out the packaging right away, but maybe i still can and will try. A terrible, terrible product.
